This session is recommended for those in career transition, seeking to grow within their current employment environment or planning entrepreneurial ventures.
Many of us are indentified by our professional titles and status. So it's natural that when going through career transitions, we may experience challenges with self-esteem and self worth. Actually, transition is the best time to re-determine our career path. Are we who we really want to be? Are we doing what we love doing? Is our current path going to be able to provide for our future lifestyle and expenses?
This interactive workshop is presented in group or individual/couples format. Talisa takes participants on a stroll into the future to envision the realities and possibilities for life 15 years down the road. By seeing the assumed and desired future, participants are than guided back to the present reality to determine what life changes are possible and required now to better position them towards a brighter future. Participants receive "My Personal Business Plan: A roadmay for professional success" -- a step by step worksheet to developing a personal business plan.
